Category
Inpatient hospital care
This position only includes costs covered by the compulsory health care insurance. General government contributions for hospitals are unaccounted for.
Outpatient hospital care
Part of the increase in this item is a result of the rule “outpatient before inpatient” in effect since January 2019. This means that some medical interventions are only refunded on an outpatient basis.
Physiotherapists
This position also includes costs of medical masseurs.
All other invoicing parties
All other invoicing partiesText: For reasons of anonymity, categories with fewer than 15 service providers or one service provider billing more than 50% of the total amount of the category are not shown separately. They are included in the category 'All other invoicing parties'.
