Wood assortement
Sawlogs and veneer logs
Rundholz, das als Schnitt- oder Furnierholz genutzt wird.
Pulpwood
Rundholz, das mechanisch zerkleinert oder chemisch aufgeschlossen wird. Es dient der Herstellung von Holzschliff, Zellstoff, Holzwolle, Span- und Faserplatten sowie von anderen industriellen Produkten.
Fuelwood
Rundholz inkl. Ast- und Kronenmaterial, das energetisch genutzt wird.
Type of wood
Woodchips
Roundwood that is processed into woodchips and used as fuel. It is not possible to differentiate between coniferous and non-coniferous wood.
Branches and tree tops
Branches and tree tops that are used as fuel. The data on branches and tree tops is available as bulk cubic meters (Srm). The factor 2.8 Srm = 1 m3 (factor for converting round wood m3 into wood chips Srm) was assumed for the conversion into m3. It is not possible to differentiate between coniferous and non-coniferous wood.
